COVID-19 INFORMATION

DO YOUR PART TO PROTECT OTHERS
Should you or any family member living in your house contract COVID-19 or if anyone in your house has been in close proximity to somone who has contracted COVID-19, you need to report this to Buffalos FC - Director of Coaching - ASAP.

STAY HOME and SELF-QUARANTINE for a minimum of 14 days, even if you are not showing any signs of illness. 

Don't want to wait 14 days to return - Player(s) can get tested, and if negative, they will be allowed back as soon as they can present negative test results to DOC to confirm they are not a carrier of the virus.

RETURN-TO-PLAY POLICY AND GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS/PLAYERS

Using CDC, State, City, USYS, STYSA, WDDOA & AAYSA recommendations, Buffalos FC has created an internal Return-to-Play Policy and Procedures.  This plan will be evaluated peroidically to make sure we are doing everything we can to ensure our players and families are safe and that we create a healthy & safe playing enviornment for our members.

June 20-25:  Phase 2
