WHAT AGE GROUP DO I REGISTER FOR

Age groups are defined by the child's year of birth.
Based on the USYS 2018-2019 Birth Year and Season Matrix (view).    

CHECK-IN PROCESS

Please arrive 15-20 Minutes Early to Check-In (Look for Tent).
All Players will receive a Stoke City ID Camp T-Shirt

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING

  • Training Jersey or T-Shirt (players can wear their club or team jersey)
  • Soccer Shorts and Soccer Shoes
  • Shin guards w/ Soccer Socks (shin guards should not be exposed)
  • Soccer Ball
    • U9-U12 (Size 4) Soccer Ball
    • U13 and above (Size 5) Soccer Ball
  • Water or Sports Drink

WHAT IS PICTURE DAY

On the Last Day of Camp all Player will wear their Stoke City ID Camp T-Shirt and take a group photo.  They will also be allowed to have indivdual pictures with the Stoke City Camp Instructors if they wish.  

ARE PARENTS ALLOWED TO OBSERVE TRAINING SESSIONS

Parents can certainly observe during training sessions as long as they do not interfere in the process of the program. There will be designated areas where parents will be permitted.

WHAT IS THE STOKE CITY NATIONAL CAMP

*After you attend the local camp in San Antonio, TX the Stoke City Administrators will reach out to a select group of campers to invite them to attend the national camp to be trained by top Stoke City FC Academy Instructors.  At the National Camp a select group of campers will get the chance to be invited to the Stoke City FC International Camp in England.

CANCELLATION POLICY

What is the cancellation policy?
​If you choose to cancel your registration, we must receive written notice of said cancellation to stokecitycampadmin@buffalosfc.org (with confirmation of receipt from us), and you shall be subject to the following cancellation fee: Any cancellation for a camp made less than 14 days prior to the start of the camp will be given a camp credit to be used in the future against another camp. Cancellations prior to 14 days will be issued a refund, minus a $25.00 administration charge. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the start of the camp. If the participant simply does not show up to the camp, there will be no refunds for the amount paid. 

What if a participant is injured or sick and cannot attend camp, do they receive a refund? 
If a player is injured or sick and cannot attend camp, we must receive a doctor’s note on the appropriate headed paper in order to be considered for a refund. Applicable admin fees may be charged.
