Provides strength, speed, agility and conditioning training sessions to athletes of all ages and levels. Instructor will work closely with the Director of Coaching and Coaching Staff.
Leadership, oversight and implementation of strength and conditioning programs on an annual basis, to include in-season and out-of-season programs for all Buffalos FC players.
Administration of the year-round nutritional program for all Buffalos FC players.
Knowledge of common and proper warm ups, plyometrics, movement skills and strength training techniques
Strong desire to advance yourself and your skills as a coach
Eagerness and open mindedness in learning the Speed and Agility methods of training.
Good people skills, communication skills, and professional presentation to allow interactions with players, parents, coaches, and others.
Instructor should be able to work with all ages and abilities
Reliable Transportation (some local travel maybe required)
verage 10-15 hours per week, including the potential for weekend, morning, and evening hours as needed
Exercise-related college degree or working towards is a plus
